Mount Sinai Hospital developed an in house iPhone application that gives physicians secure and remote access to patient records, test results, vital statistics, and medical literature from its internal data network. Not only has it enabled physicians to carry out their day-to-day tasks more efficiently and in a timely manner, it’s now being tested for nurse calls, and more.
