Concluding the first day will be a preview of upcoming Conference Board workplace mental health research. The Enhancing Workplace Mental Health study examines the case for employer enhancement of workplace mental health, building on the growing body of research and demonstrating the economic rationale for employee health and well-being.

Karla will also discuss recommended actions to promote mental well-being among employees and their families, and how to manage mental illness in the workplace.
