Director, Human Rights and Equity Services, McMaster University

The event will conclude with a discussion of an emerging challenge for benefits and health and wellness leaders – increasing recognition that employers must actively deal with the mental health of their employees.

Milé Komlen will share his thoughts on what employers can do to address this issue. He will also reflect on the rising use of social media technologies in the workplace—and their promise and peril—as employees use them to connect with and support each another, but also potentially to harass and coerce.
