Attracting, retaining, and motivating talent is a tall order for any benefits program and, as labour markets tighten, the need for more competitive benefits increases. Add to this the need for predictable and manageable costs, and it’s a tough balancing act.  Brian Lindenberg will explore this challenge within the context of several well publicized but little understood trends, including:
