(3BLMedia/theCSRfeed) New Paltz, NY – Sept. 10, 2009   Awarding-winning sustainability communications firm SRB Marketing, which has served dozens of clients including Ben & Jerry’s, National Geographic and Yale University since 2003, rebrands as SDialogue this month.

The rebrand comes at a time when organizational activities are increasingly transparent. The rise of digital media, and especially social media, has led companies to form new relationships with their stakeholders, including not only investors and customers, but also employees, suppliers, NGOs and others.  Stakeholders are increasingly looking for authentic, transparent, two-way communication with organizations.  Gone are the days of one-way communication.

The name SDialogue captures the firm’s more recent focus on the development of two-way conversations, and better use of emerging and traditional media channels. The firm’s new tagline “Engaging your World” reflects the idea that greater stakeholder engagement and transparency is expected of all organizations.

The firm’s new focus is stakeholder dialogue and relations, both to inform client strategy and to most effectively communicate clients’ sustainability messages.  Though strategy and communications, the firm will help clients reduce costs and increase productivity, among other things, while enhancing client credibility and authenticity.

“This is a natural evolution from our previous brand,” said Perry Goldschein, former founder and managing director of SRB Marketing, and now a partner with SDialogue.  “I’m thrilled to have Beth Bengtson join as a partner,” he added.  “Her indepth knowledge of digital media and the sustainability movement, along with her agency and client experience, are tremendous assets as we enter this new phase.”

“I am excited to join such a progressive firm focused on bringing not only triple bottom line thinking to clients but helping them evolve in this transitional time,” said Ms. Bengtson.
