Sustainability, it is such a broad a subject.  The overwhelming amount of information and seemingly endless lines of conversation can often leave individuals scratching their heads or glazed over with disinterest. 

In our professional consulting, we network with business and individuals that are not always aware of the value of sustainable practices, let alone what a sustainability consultant can do for them.  In a recent conversation, the familiar discussion came up, “What are the direct benefits of applied sustainability concepts…how can it help me?”
 
This simple and straight forward question is probably the most common in our daily personal and professional consulting conversations.  Individuals, especially in today’s environment of increasing eco awareness, want to know how integrating sustainability concepts into their daily lives can have a positive impact. 
 
For many, the value of sustainability is most easily realized when applied to business processes and practices.  The ability to translate financial incentives or positive impacts to personal sustainability can sometimes be more difficult.  At Taiga Company, our green living consulting and resources focus on the ‘specific’ value in taking sustainable action.
