Following initial nominations by COLLOQUY’s members, a jury of thought leaders in the loyalty industry, media and academia named three finalists in five loyalty categories. COLLOQUY subscribers voted on the finalists, and the winners were announced at the COLLOQUY Loyalty Summit in Phoenix, Arizona. Also recognized for their loyalty programs were Citi, Godiva, U.S. Bank and Hyatt.
