Redesigning Your Employee Volunteer Programs for Value and Impact is a one-day workshop designed to help you imagine what is possible with your employee volunteer program. You will learn what it takes to overcome limitations and maximize participation. This workshop also explores the policies, procedures, and practices required to produce both results and meaningful metrics.
