Daniel Stepchuk will describe a new model for planning and leading large-scale public service change efforts, featuring a structured and adaptable change management process that integrates the people and technical aspects of change.
Daniel will distinguish between transactions, transitions, and transformations, and how each requires a different strategy and approach to sustaining change. Up-front planning helps identify and avoid downstream problems, and is key to enabling the ongoing engagement needed between all levels to navigate the transformation process.
The resulting change model has engaging people as its centre, and focuses on change management, organizational performance, and leadership coaching.
