Small business owners and entrepreneurs now makeup over half of worldwide employment, and these numbers continue to grow as the US and global economy shows signs of recovery.  With a dramatic increase in new jobs falling into this category, the traditional face of small business is changing dramatically.  With it, so too may be the qualities and measures of sustainable business.
