The Ethisphere Institute and AECOM co-hosted the second annual “Best Practices in Ethics Communications Workshop” at the iconic New York Stock Exchange, New York, United States.

The theme, “Working across the C-suite,” focused on leveraging internal communication strategies to create an ethical business culture that engages staff and enables organizations to earn and maintain the World’s Most Ethical Companies designation, a recognition awarded to firms that demonstrate leadership in embracing ethical business practices that raise the standard for industry peers and corporate behavior.

"A focus on ethics within internal and external communications is the right thing to do; it is also critical to the life of your organization," said Paul Gennaro, AECOM’s senior vice president and chief communications officer, and chair of Ethisphere’s Communications Advisory Board.

Gennaro concluded the event by emphasizing the importance of brand reputation as it pertains to ethics, social responsibility and transparency.

The Ethisphere Institute, an independent center of research promoting best practices in corporate ethics and governance, has named AECOM one of the World's Most Ethical Companies for four years in a row.
