Other trustees include Angela Seddon, a Senior Director in the north west Building Consultancy team, Ashley Sweetland, Director of Internal Communications and Corporate Responsibility, Emma Warren, an Associate Director in the Planning team, based in Manchester, Miles Skinner, an Associate Director in London Capital Markets and chairman of CBRE’s ‘Junior Board’ and Rachel Lee, Director of Procurement for Global Workplace Solutions (Local Facilities Management).

The CBRE UK Charitable Trust is an independent charitable foundation which exists to financially support the charitable endeavors of CBRE employees and their clients across the United Kingdom. Last year, the Trust gave more than £55,000 worth of grants to employees to support their fundraising efforts, supporting a total of 75 different charities. The Trust has committed more than £250,000 to good causes over the last five years.

The work of the Trust is one of a number of mechanisms CBRE supports as part of the company’s overall Communities and Giving programme and wider Corporate Responsibility strategy. Shelter and Plan International are CBRE’s principal charity partners and the largest beneficiaries of charitable support. In addition, the Trust provides support to a wider range of charities that are supported by employees.

"CBRE has a proud track record of supporting good causes close to our employees’ hearts. Our Charitable Trust is another example of the importance we place on supporting charities of all shapes and sizes. As long as there is some form of personal challenge involved, the Trust will consider any application from our employees and their clients – and while the amounts we provide can be modest, we hope the extra support can make a real difference" ~ Guy Gregory, Chairman of the CBRE UK Charitable Trust
