Chrysler Group ranked tenth in the list of 50 workplaces, and was the only domestic automaker included on the list, which was established in 2013.

Winds of Change is produced on behalf of the American Indian Science and Engineering Society and is the premier nationally distributed magazine published with a focus on career and educational advancement for American Indian and Alaska Native peoples with an emphasis on STEM.

Companies included in the Winds of Change "Top 50 Best STEM Workplaces" list meet leadership criteria established solely by the Winds of Change editorial staff.

"This recognition is very meaningful to Chrysler Group as it confirms that our commitment to diversity is recognized, respected and is truly inclusive of all," said Nancy Rae, Senior Vice President – Human Resources, Chrysler Group LLC and Co-Chair of the Company's Diversity Council.
