The Working Mother 100 Best Companies are socially responsible companies who know what it takes to keep their employee mums productive and engaged at work and at home. The Chrysler Group LLC is one of those '100' brands. It once again makes the list of the "100 Best Companies for Working Mothers," compiled by Working Mother magazine. 2012 is the 13th time Chrysler has achieved this prestigious benchmark. Nancy A. Rae, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Chrysler Group LLC says, "We strive to provide programs and resources that help our employees balance the demands of work and family.
