Most people acknowledge that management systems are a critical part of improving social performance in a company. But what does an effective management system look like? Is it just documents? An effective social performance management system is trained, committed people routinely following procedures.

Social Fingerprint® is a program of ratings, training, and toolkits designed to help companies understand and measure their social impact now, and then learn how to improve it. This program helps companies go beyond looking at code violations, to evaluating the processes that are essential to a high-level of social performance – regardless of what labor code or standard a company is trying to meet.
