Cox Communications President Pat Esser Named to 2017 Highest-Rated CEOs List

Congratulations to Cox Communications President Pat Esser who has been honored by Glassdoor as one of the top 100 Highest Rated CEOs in the large US Business category.

Esser is a champion of Cox’s values-based commitment to its employees, serving as co-chair of its National Diversity Council and sponsoring the expansion of the company’s Employee Resource Groups.

He is well known for his dedication to enhancing the employee experience at Cox, utilizing internal “coffee talks” as an opportunity to engage employees for feedback and candid dialogue.

Last month, Esser was also recognized by Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of Atlanta’s most Likeable CEOs. He was also inducted into the Cable Hall of Fame in 2016.
