August 26, 2015 /3BL Media/ - On September 12, 2015, AIDA Cruises is inviting prospective Diving Instructors or Assistant Instructors (m/f) to an exclusive AIDA Career Day on the cruise ship AIDAblu in Palma de Mallorca.

This event will give those who have always wanted to explore the most beautiful diving spots the unique chance to learn all about life and work, entry-level and career advancement opportunities on board the AIDA fleet.

On this day, interested applicants will not only get to know their future floating workplace but also meet professionals, managers, and HR decision makers. In practical tests and personal interviews, applicants can demonstrate their skills. Q&A sessions with colleagues on board top off the day. Those who manage to impress will be offered a job that very day and thus have the opportunity to travel the most beautiful destinations in the world at their new workplace at sea.

In addition to in-depth professional skills, AIDA is seeking individuals with a highly service-oriented attitude toward guests and colleagues. The Assistant Instructor must hold a license issued by the diving organization PADI (Dive Master), CMAS (Assistant Diving Instructor), or SSI (DiveCon). Good English language skills and, ideally, work experience abroad are preferred.  

Diving Instructor applicants should additionally hold minimum certification as PADI OWSI, CMAS TL* or SSI OWI. They should also be familiar with the revision of diving regulators.
