Frisco-based Waste Company Manager to Represent Texas on National Trade Group Board

FRISCO, Texas, Sept. 25, 2014 /3BL Media/ — The Texas Chapter of the National Waste & Recycling Association elected John C. Gustafson Jr. to represent Texas on the organization’s Waste & Recycling Advisory Board. It took the action at its annual meeting in San Antonio on Sept. 17.

Gustafson is the vice president and Southwest Region manager at Progressive Waste Solutions, one of the five largest waste companies in the United States. He has responsibility for the company’s operations in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas and the 2,200 employees affiliated with regional operations. The Southwest Region’s office is located in Frisco.
