A growing number of companies around the world are aiming to get the most out of their capital, maximize employee performance, and make a judicious use of resources to make the world a better place.

Corporate Knights, a Toronto-based media firm, takes an annual close look at these companies to release its annual data-driven ranking of the world’s most sustainable companies at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. It has released its 2016 Global 100 list after evaluating the performance of 4,353 global mid-, large-, and mega-cap companies with a market capitalization of $2 billion and above.
