Houghton Mifflin Harcourt partners with World Vision to distribute millions of award-winning textbooks, children’s stories, and adult and
reference titles to schools, libraries, and nonprofits around the world.

Through international partner World Vision, HMH distributed over 3,000 textbooks across several programs in eastern El Salvador in 2012. Almost 5,000 children, ages 4–18, benefited from books distributed to libraries and families as part of La Bendición program in the Lolotique, San Buena Ventura, and El Triunfo municipalities.
