Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids helps cognitive performance and lower cardio metabolic risk factors in healthy people, according to a new trial in Nutrition Journal. Omega-3 supplements produced better results on memory tests and lowered systolic blood pressure. The supplements are most commonly found in fish oil.

United Healthcare has provided funding and volunteers to build an Active Living Trail near Atlanta. The trail has multiple fitness stations that provide positive exercise and health options for the local community. The Trail was made possible by the financial support from UnitedHealthcare’s advertising through CBS EcoMedia’s WellnessAd program, which features messaging for families and visitors to include healthy behaviors in their lives.
