Campaign: No More Poverty

(3BL Media) Los Angeles, CA - July 13, 2012 - Incite and No More Poverty are proud to be supporting wonderful charity organizations doing amazing work here in Los Angeles and around the world.  Beginning this week and continuing every week thereafter, we are featuring one nonprofit organization on http://NMP.org and will be encouraging Los Angeles residents to learn more about that “Charity of the Week” through No More Poverty.

On Monday, July 16, we will unveil the next Charity of the Week: Youth Speak Collective.  This organization performs tremendous service in the San Fernando Valley with low-income youth of all ethnicities, and empowers youth with a variety of programs.  No More Poverty’s donation and public support will help to sustain Youth Speak Collective’s summer programming, which is in danger of closing due to state budget cuts.

“My brother and I care deeply about our community and established No More Poverty as a means to connect our neighbors, fellow Angelenos, and others with many of the great organizations that serve Los Angeles and the world," said Julian Omidi, co-Founder of No More Poverty.  "We envision a world without poverty and are doing our part to help others in great need.”
