“As the world’s attention continues to focus on climate change, we are at a unique point in time where it is essential for businesses to work together to better understand today’s energy demands while simultaneously preparing for the demands of the future,” Bollom said. “As an expert in building efficiency, we are seeing organizations of all sizes and in all industries realize the benefits of energy efficient solutions. Ingersoll Rand and Trane are committed to working with building owners to quantify these solutions to ensure they are capturing the maximum in energy efficiency gains.”

Trane Building Advantage incorporates a variety of energy management services to collect, monitor and analyze data from connected energy consuming devices to provide insights for improving building energy performance.

“Ingersoll Rand’s announcement at this year’s EE Global adds another exciting layer of energy efficiency advancement at this year’s forum,” said Kateri Callahan, president of Alliance to Save Energy. “Ingersoll Rand’s study reveals the important and impactful ways that corporations are tackling climate change through deployment of energy efficiency in addition to other measures. We look forward to showcasing these best practices and corporate leadership to our international audiences.”
