Nine graduates are on the fast track to restaurant operations leadership as a result of their selection for the 2014-15 KFC UK Graduate Programme.

"We look to hire really bright, entrepreneurial and ambitious people who will be the region coaches and COOs of the future," said KFC Resourcing Project Leader Louise Norris. "Our amazing cohort of nine graduates just started with us on September 1 and are all now in restaurant and loving it."

The program kicked off with an induction at the KFC UK Restaurant Support Center, where participants receive an overview of the global business, UK operations and the brand's people and culture. Then, during the restaurant training portion of the program, the graduates rotate through at least two restaurant environments where they focus on technical training and leadership development. Each graduate works closely with a mentor until moving into an RGM role, which can happen after 12 months in the program.
