Sometimes a job well done can take on many meanings. Such is the case when reflecting upon Sanofi’s 14-year relationship with Easter Seals, which has been helping individuals with disabilities and special needs -- and their families -- live better lives for nearly 100 years.

Over the years workers at Easters Seals have engaged in a variety of assignments to meet the business needs of Sanofi, including assembling company patient discharge kits (approximately 200,000-400,000 annually),  demo caddies, and pediatric starter kits.

Certainly there are strong business benefits to this vendor relationship, such as reliability and significant cost savings. Yet, some benefits cannot always be measured.

Linda Szych, manager, Marketing Operations, has overseen this working relationship since the beginning. As such, she has witnessed first-hand the sense of pride and feeling of independence that the work provides to those working at Easter Seals, which can be viewed in the following video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qFocCH_-OrA. In the video, viewers can also see patient discharge kits being assembled. The relationship with Easter Seals also highlights the company’s focus on vendor diversity.

Easter Seals offers a variety of services to help people with disabilities address life's challenges and achieve personal goals, from child development centers to physical rehabilitation and job training for people with disabilities.
