Meals On Wheels America and Subaru Launch Online Volunteer Drive

Jun 22, 2015 2:00 PM ET

Subaru will be teaming up with Meals on Wheels to make volunteering at over 1,000 chapters across all 50 states easier than ever through an Online Volunteer Drive. Locally, some Subaru retailers will also be hosting volunteer drives at their locations where people around the country can pledge to volunteer. Retailers will also have the opportunity to adopt a Meals on Wheels route and to host “Stuff the Trunk” events, where food and supply donations are collected and delivered to a local senior center.

The partnership is part of Subaru Loves to Help, a branch of the Subaru Love Promise. Subaru has partnered with Meals on Wheels for seven amazing years, donating just under $7,000,000 and providing enough funding to support deliveries for one million meals.

Subaru is proud of our commitment to our communities. Check out the Love Promise page for more.
