If you're in Downtown Disneyland this October, be sure to check out the Honda Miracle Mural located on the walkway between the Disneyland® Hotel and the Downtown Disney® District in Anaheim, Calif. Nearly 200 pediatric patients from the Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) were joined by guardians, siblings, friends and donors to hand-paint 192 ceramic tiles as a part of the Paint Your Way to Miracles and Magic fundraiser. Thirty-seven Honda Community Action Team (HCAT) volunteers were also present to support the fundraiser. HCAT will return to Disneyland on Oct. 11 for the 25th Anniversary CHOC Walk in the Park, which is also Disneyland's 60th anniversary.

"I don't feel like I'm volunteering; I'm just having fun supporting the kids and their parents," said American Honda Finance Corp. associate Catherine Hutchinson, who has been an active CHOC Walk volunteer for 11 years. "When we volunteer, we're helping to further research that will help so many kids get better. It makes me proud to work for Honda."

CHOC Walk continues to be the nation's largest pediatric fundraising event. Since 1990, the walk has raised more than $24 million to benefit youth education and pediatric research. For a second year, Honda will donate an Odyssey as CHOC's official transportation vehicle. The Odyssey will be wrapped by the Honda Miracle Mural and presented during the CHOC Walk.
