Republic Services driver, Rick Neatherlin, based in the Bellevue, Wash. area developed a special relationship with a residential customer, Little Isaac Williams of Sammamish, Wash. The little boy is fighting stage 4 cancer. Neatherlin recruited some additional Republic drivers and supervisors to surprise the little boy for Christmas with several trucks and gifts.
