Sanofi provided Braga with a career, but it also allowed him to pursue his family's tradition of community service. “My family was involved in Appalachian work. My mother taught and we built homes for people who couldn’t afford one. We were always community minded.” After spending time in the community, he learned the safety nets available in Morristown, New Jersey, didn’t exist in the Poconos.
