The winners were recognized at a ceremony during the 2015 VolunteerMatch Summit, held December 1-2, 2015 in Oakland, CA.

MUFG Union Bank took the award for ‘Employee Volunteer Program of the Year: Large Business’, while Old National Bank was awarded ‘Employee Volunteer Program of the Year: Small/ Medium Business’. VolunteerMatch selected these recipients from its community of over 150 corporate clients. Sabin Blake of General Motors was awarded with ‘Champion of the Year’ for his outstanding teamwork, leadership, accomplishment, dedication and spirit.

For the first time ever, VolunteerMatch presented the ‘Innovation Award’, recognizing a nonprofit organization driving change through cutting-edge corporate partnerships. The winner of this award was Traverse Area Recreation and Transportation Trails (TART Trails).

“We are extremely honored to work with these extraordinary companies as they innovate to make their community engagement initiatives more strategic, scalable and impactful.” says Greg Baldwin, President, VolunteerMatch. "The awards are well-deserved."
