Speaker Profiles

Kate Atwood is the Executive Director of the Arby’s Foundation. Prior to joining the Arby’s Foundation, 
Kate was a cause-marketing consultant, helping companies build philanthropic strategies that aligned with their brands, their people, and their values. Kate’s non-profit management experience began when she founded Kate’s Club, an organization that serves to support and empower children and teens facing life after the death of a parent or sibling. While at the Arby’s Foundation, Kate is helping Arby’s, its franchisees and employees work to ensure all children in America have access to the wholesome meals they need to learn, play and grow.

Jo Ann Herold brings over 20 years marketing experience. Currently, VP of Brand Marketing at Arby's and President of AMA Atlanta, she spent 16 years at HoneyBaked Ham and was formerly the VP of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer with them. Prior to HoneyBaked, she worked as a Regional Marketing Manager for Shoney’s and Captain D’s for five years. Before that, she was head of marketing for the Jackson, MS Zoo and has owned her own marketing firm where she worked with the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau, Buckhead Branding, The Borgata Casino and Spa, Boyd Gaming, 3D Advertising, ePolicy.com, Solution Marketing and others. She started her career in marketing as a STAR for McDonalds.

Chad Royal-Pascoe is the Vice President of National Strategic Alliances for March of Dimes and leads the strategic alliances team, comprised of sales and account management, which serves as the primary point of entry and hub for all sponsors and partners.  Along with supervising, Chad is responsible for prospecting and making presentations, securing funding for current national events and programs as well as working with companies on branding and marketing initiatives.  The Strategic Alliances team’s charge is to generate significant revenue with and through corporate partners and establish solid parameters, guidelines and best practices for the field.  Additionally, Chad leads the efforts of Media Ventures Group, the agency brought on board last year, to develop and launch our cause platform in 2012 and lead 75th Anniversary initiatives.  

Mollye Rhea is agency Founder and President of For Momentum, LLC.  Mollye Rhea has 25+ years of experience in cause marketing strategy and strategic alliances.  Since founding For Momentum in 2003, Mollye and her team have played an agency role in 50+ partnerships, raised millions in cash and in-kind donations for charity clients and directed millions of dollars of resources for corporate clients.  While employed by For Momentum and previous NPO's, the For Momentum team has raised $250MM+ in resources for dozens of worthy organizations in partnership with hundreds of brands. Mollye has a well-rounded background, ideal for cause alliance development. Prior to forming For Momentum, Mollye served as GVP of Strategic Alliances for the national office of the Arthritis Foundation.
