A group of 17 Xylem Watermark volunteers partnered with SURGE for Water, spending the day educating children about how to manage water resources. The event, titled, “Water: The Global Passport,” consisted of five different activities for the children, teaching them about their water footprint, informing them of the challenges to water access in developing countries, and inspiring conservation efforts. More than 100 children participated in the day’s activities, and the nonprofit partner noted that this particular event was one of the program’s most successful ever.
