Nancy B. Wolcott is Executive Vice President, Global Financial Institutions Client Service Delivery for BNY Mellon Asset Servicing. She is responsible for the delivery of comprehensive services to BNY Mellon’s top tier global financial institution clients as well as core services including transfer agency, fund accounting and administration, middle office outsourcing and custody client services.

Ms. Wolcott is a member of the company’s Operating Committee and serves as Director and Chairperson of BNY Mellon Investment Servicing (US) Inc. and BNY Mellon Investment Servicing Trust Company. She previously served as a Director and Chairperson of BNY Mellon International Bank Limited.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Wolcott was President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of PNC Global Investment Servicing Inc., which was acquired by BNY Mellon in 2010.

Ms. Wolcott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wellesley College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago. She is a former Chairperson of The Mann Center for the Performing Arts, serves on the Business Leadership Council for Wellesley College and is President of the Trustees of Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church.
