Daimler Stakeholder Dialogs

The dialog with stakeholders is very important for Daimler. We seek to conduct a dialog with all stakeholder groups in order to share views and experiences — and also to discuss controversial topics in a constructive manner.

The Daimler Sustainability Dialogue for example brings various stakeholder groups together with representatives of our Board of Management and the executive management. The main element of the dialog is the sharing of ideas in a variety of themed workshops. The Daimler representatives listen to the feedback from the external participants and work together with the stakeholders to achieve the agreed-upon targets during the following year.

We are also engaged in a dialog with the stakeholders at our locations. One example is our planned Testing and Technology Center in Immendingen on the Danube, which will be built on the site of a former military base. From the very start, we sought a dialog with the people in the region and addressed their concerns.
