Old Mutual Recognised For Their International Community Investment Work

Old Mutual’s On the Money programme has been highly commended in the Most Effective International Community Investment category at the recent Ethical Corporation Responsible Business Awards. The awards, now in their sixth year, celebrate innovative projects led by organisations striving to be more sustainable.

In this category, the judges were looking for companies demonstrating the sustainable benefits of their investment in communities outside of their home market, with a genuine commitment to vulnerable communities over a two to five-year timescale. The expansion of Old Mutual’s On the Money programme across a number of their African markets was recognised as having growth potential across the world and was applauded by the judges.
