PR News Celebrates CSR & Nonprofit PR Awards Winners, Diversity Awards Honorees at March 15 Luncheon in D.C.

The finalists and honorees of these industry-known programs were celebrated at a Spring Awards Luncheon on March 15, 2016 at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.

PR News also saluted this year's class of inductees for the CSR Awards Hall of Fame. Among this year's list are Colgate-Palmolive Co., ESPN, JetBlue Airways, Procter & Gamble and Macy’s. The luncheon featured a keynote address from Emily Lenzner, VP of global communications for Atlantic Media, who discussed how PR pros' innate skills and experience can make a difference in people’s lives, as relating back to her own experience representing the families of Americans held hostage in Syria.

The winners of the Nonprofit PR Awards represent the best in nonprofit communications and the creativity and passion involved in promoting positive change with limited budgets and time. This year's list of winners included the United Nations Foundation, Girls Scouts of the USA and the Taco Bell Foundation.
