Are you going to the mat with your employee engagement strategy?

“88% of employers believe effective employee engagement programs help attract and retain employees,” according to America’s Charities’ Snapshot 2015 report. Yet employee engagement remains one of the biggest HR related challenges employers face.

While there is no universal consensus on how companies can achieve high engagement, one thing we do know is employees expect their employers to be socially responsible and according to a new Cone Communications study on Millennial employee engagement, “Not only do Millennials want to hear what their employers are doing to be more responsible, they want to be co-creators and facilitators of CSR solutions.”  Employers trying to overcome the challenges of engaging employees need look no further than workplace giving and volunteerism. One of the six top trends uncovered in Snapshot 2015 is that employee giving and volunteer programs serve as an on-ramp to full employee engagement.

But how exactly can your organization accomplish this?

On November 14th, I invite you to join me for a webinar hosted by Lorman, where I will present in detail:

  1. Trends in employee giving and volunteering,
  2. The basic foundations and building blocks for a successful employee giving effort,
  3. Specific strategies and tactics required to have a wildly successful program,
  4. Three basic moves to take employee giving to the MAT (Motivating, Asking and Thanking your employees), and
  5. Success metrics to measure your results and continue growing your program.
