Yum! Restaurant Support Center (RSC) employees in Singapore collected enough donations to feed more than 13,000 children during a World Hunger Relief Charity Lunch event hosted at their corporate headquarters.

Last month, The Singapore RSC challenged its employees to “Pass the Red Cup” by raising funds for the World Food Programme, the world’s largest humanitarian agency fighting hunger worldwide. The challenge kicked off with a charity lunch that consisted of a delicious buffet spread prepared by employees, led by Pizza Hut’s Culinary Manager, Dennis Hipolito.

The event was a great success - employees purchased tickets to the buffet for $35 USD per ticket and as a result, raised nearly $2,500 USD, providing meals for 13,000 children in need!
