2015 Sodexo Future Chefs Competition - Featured Chef Ella Henry

As part of Sodexo’s Future Chefs: Healthy After-School Snack Challenge each day this week, we are featuring one of the 5 national finalists. Today’s finalist is Ella Henry of Aurora, Illinois. Ella is a 5^th grader at Fern Elementary school in Aurora. Ella’s recipe is the “Purrfect Kiddy Cat Snack.” According to Ella, the Purrfect Kiddy Cat Snack is a “fun and healthy snack that anyone can make!” Ella said that she decided to make this recipe because she loves to cook and she wanted to come up with a recipe that any kid could make with their family that is fun!
