2015 Sodexo Future Chefs Competition - Featured Chef Elle Medel

As part of Sodexo’s Future Chefs: Healthy After-School Snack Challenge each day this week, we are featuring one of the 5 national finalists. Our featured finalist for today is Elle Medel. Elle is a 3^rd grader from Willow Glen Elementary school in San Jose, California. Today, Elle is going to show us how to make her “Super Fun Apple Nachos.” Elle is adamant in telling us “Super Fun Apple Nachos, are ‘natcho’ typical snack!” What inspired Elle to come up with this recipe was due to her involvement in a lot of sports she has a need for healthy snacks in between breaks.
