Astellas Pharma Named a Top Company for Working Mothers by Working Mother Magazine
Astellas recognized for career opportunities, work/life benefits
NORTHBROOK, Ill., Sept. 22, 2015 /3BL Media/ - Astellas Pharma today was named one of Working Mother Magazine’s 100 Best Companies in the U.S. for its commitment to establishing a corporate culture supportive of working moms and their families. This marks the first time Astellas has been named to the publication’s ranking, and the company was recognized for its leadership in hiring, developing and promoting working mothers across the organization. The company, which just this year observed its 10th anniversary, has continuously strived to provide working mothers with strong work-life benefits, including paid family care leave, maternity/paternity leave and flexible work options.
