CACI Named a VETS Indexes 5-Star Employer for Fourth Consecutive Year
RESTON, Va., December 11, 2024 /3BL/ - CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) announced today that it has been named a 5-Star Employer for the fourth consecutive year in the 2024 VETS Indexes Employer Awards. The award recognizes the company’s commitment to recruiting, hiring, retaining, developing, and supporting veterans and the military-connected community.
“This recognition reflects CACI’s longstanding success and history of hiring, supporting, and retaining veterans,” said Gary Patton, Vice President of Veteran and Military Affairs at CACI. “We are proud that veterans come to CACI to continue their mission in a corporate culture that promotes innovation, growth, and a sense of belonging.”
Hiring veterans, members of the National Guard and Reserves, and military spouses has been a long-standing part of CACI’s culture. Since July 2024, 42% of CACI’s new employees were veterans or military associated. They join more than 8,000 employees like them who bring unique expertise and value to the company.
Recipients of the VETS Indexes Employer Awards are selected based on their responses to VETS Indexes’ survey, which examines the most important veteran employment metrics via a granular, objective, and data-focused questionnaire. This year VETS Indexes recognized 285 organizations and only the top 20% were selected as 5-Star organizations.
