Cadence Returnship Program: Madhu's Journey to Returnship

Cadence provides diversified opportunities to pursue a career in tech and our Returnship Program has been collectively successful in providing a means for engineers to re-enter the workforce after a career break. Our Returnship Program provides relevant working experience and exposure to new technologies, creating an opportunity for professionals to get up to speed with the industry and their field. This program was started to engage with parents and individuals that are ready to get back in the field after a break from the industry to parent, provide care, or serve in the military. Over the 16-week program, returnees familiarize themselves with new technologies, collaborate across teams, identify new innovations, and network with peers. In many cases, returnees are offered a full-time position upon completion of the program.
