The California Diversity Council Hosts 2016 Orange County Multicultural Leadership Roundtable
Costa Mesa, Calif., September 19, 2016 /3BL Media/ - The California Diversity Council will host the 2016 Orange County Multicultural Leadership Roundtable on October 11, 2016 at Orange Coast College. This half-day event brings together a diverse group of executives to speak about their experiences as individuals of color in the workplace. Through this opportunity, attendees will have the opportunity to learn and encourage one another for future workplace interaction.
“The Multicultural Leadership Roundtable provides a great platform for minority executives to share their experiences with fellow business leaders,” said Dennis Kennedy, founder and chairman of the National Diversity Council. “Our speakers deliver forward thinking messages that inspire all of us to continue striving for success.”
The roundtable will begin with registration, breakfast, and networking at 8:30 a.m. Our featured group of panelists will lead discussions covering topics such as “An Innovation to the C-Suite,” “Competitive Advantage of Multicultural Leadership,” and “Effective Management Styles of Multicultural Leaders.” Attendees will have the opportunity to share their thoughts following the presentations of each topic.
