CBRE Recognized for Professional Excellence by CoreNet Global

LOS ANGELES, June 4, 2019 /3BL Media/ - CBRE, Iron Mountain and Redaptive have won the 2019 Professional Excellence Award conferred by CoreNet Global. The combined team was recognized for accelerating environmental improvements and cost reduction via an innovative Efficiency-as-a Service (EaaS) delivery model.

CBRE’s energy managers, in collaboration with Iron Mountain’s Global Real Estate and Sustainability leadership, developed a multi-year energy strategy to improve facility efficiency and sustainability. Within this strategy, Redaptive and CBRE are implementing a unique, portfolio-wide, turnkey solution, backed by transparent measurement and verification reporting. The approach allows Iron Mountain to achieve energy efficiency benefits at greater speed, with less risk.

CBRE Host, the firm’s workplace experience services offering and technology, was also selected as a finalist for the 2019 Professional Excellence Award, recognizing a strategic collaboration between CBRE and their client, a northwest-based global retailer. Host was created by CBRE based on work conducted in collaborative partnership with their client’s real estate and technology departments.

Both teams have been down selected for the H. Bruce Russell Global Innovator's Award and will compete at MIT this July. The H. Bruce Russell Global Innovator's Award (GIA) recognizes excellence and innovation in corporate real estate (CRE). The winner will be announced at the CoreNet Global North America Summit this fall in Anaheim, CA.
