CNH Industrial Brazil Once Again Receives the Great Place to Work Certification
The Company stands out in the organizational poll for its people management practices, and for believing that positive experiences must start from within
May 5, 2022 /3BL Media/ - CNH Industrial has been recognized, once again, as one of the best companies to work for in Brazil. The company was again awarded the Great Place to Work (GTPW) seal, conferred by a major survey company which is a global authority on organizational culture. This achievement demonstrates the positive perceptions of personnel in their daily work regarding management, sense of belonging, remuneration, benefits and career growth, among other aspects. A recognition that reflects the opinion of its employees in their daily work, in the plants and offices spread across the states of Paraná, São Paulo and Minas Gerais. In addition to an extensive field team, which works side by side with customers and dealers across the country.
“We believe strongly that a diverse, inclusive and innovative workplace – where everyone feels welcome and respected – generates satisfaction and good business results. We live in a world in constant transformation, in which the demands of customers and also of stakeholders change all the time, so listening to the opinion of employees is fundamental,” highlights Vilmar Fistarol, President Latin America.
According to the President, the recognition of GPTW status reflects the appreciation of the teams, and our continuous effort to create a collaborative and transparent culture, in order to improve the experience of our internal and external customers. “A positive experience starts internally; only an environment of open dialogue, in which people feel appreciated, guarantees that each of us can contribute with positive results which generate value for society as a whole,” emphasizes Fistarol.
The GPTW certification shows how we work to understand employees' experiences in the workplace by exploring their opinions and evaluating our people management practices. The methodology is based on a survey answered voluntarily, reflecting the results of actions taken by the Company.
Telma Cracco, Vice President of Human Resources at CNH Industrial for Latin America, has also celebrated this important achievement, and points out that the data collected by the survey is extremely valuable. “Hearing such positive feedback from our team demonstrates that our daily efforts to foster a culture of trust are being appreciated. It’s worth remembering that the positive diagnosis also inspires and encourages us for further future action plans and decision-making, so we can evolve more and more. At a global level, we have guided an entire journey of cultural transformation, in order to increasingly foster a transparent work environment where everyone has the opportunity to be themselves and add to their talents. In this journey, we all win: employees, customers and the community,” she concludes.
The year 2022 marks a turning point for CNH Industrial, in which it is fully focused on agriculture, construction and financial services. The Company recently presented its new global business plan, epitomized in its purpose of “Breaking New Ground”, with the aim of breaking barriers, innovating and doing things differently every day. Innovation is part of CNH Industrial’s DNA, which means that diversity is a determining factor for the emergence of new ideas.
