CNH Industrial India Certified As a Great Place to Work® for the Second Consecutive Year
February 16, 2021 /3BL Media/ - Great Place to Work®, the global authority in workplace culture assessment and recognition, has re-certified CNH Industrial (India) Pvt. Ltd. in its 2021 company ranking in India. This is the second consecutive year of certification for the Company.
Certification is determined via an assessment, a Trust Index© employee survey measuring employees’ perceptions of leadership, organizational culture and trust, and a Culture Audit© questionnaire submitted by the Company outlining its current practices and policies.
CNH Industrial India’s commitment to growth, company values, focus on quality and safety and participative decision making were cited as noteworthy differentiators by the employees who took part in the survey. During these tough times under the impact of COVID-19, the focus on employee well-being, innovation in people practices and honoring commitments were also highlighted by participants.
