CNH Industrial Partners With Treedom to Plant Trees

March 15, 2022 /3BL Media/ - CNH Industrial has partnered with Treedom, the first web platform that allows you to plant a tree remotely and follow the entire project online. Treedom was founded in 2010 in Florence, Italy, and ever since then close to three million trees have been planted in Africa, South America, Asia, and Italy. The trees are planted directly by local farmers and help create environmental, social and economic benefits for their local communities.

The "Global CNH Industrial Forest" will consist of approximately 200 trees, which will be planted in Nepal, Cameroon, Colombia and Tanzania. Each newly planted tree will be geolocated and photographed individually, allowing the recipient to view their own tree, receive updates and see photos of it.

CNH Industrial’s tree-planting initiative was undertaken on the occasion of the Company’s Capital Markets Day event which was held in Miami, both in person and online. In order to make the event as eco-friendly and sustainable as possible, the Company implemented a number of initiatives to reduce its impact. One of these was dedicating a tree to guests attending in person whereby they were able to redeem their chosen tree to be planted on their behalf.
