Comcast NBCUniversal Named One of the Top 25 Best Companies to Work for by Fortune
Comcast NBCUniversal was recognized by Fortune, in partnership with global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work, as the 21st best company to work for on its ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ list this year. This is the fourth straight year Comcast has been named on this list and the first time the company has placed among the top 25 employers nationwide.
Comcast NBCUniversal was also named by Fortune and Great Place to Work as the fourth best big company to work for on their ‘Best Big Companies to Work For’ list. This is the third consecutive year Comcast has been ranked by Fortune as among the top 10 large companies with 100,000 employees or more.
It is an honor to be recognized by Fortune and Great Place to Work alongside many other notable companies. As part of this annual award, Great Place to Work evaluates hundreds of companies in a rigorous process to identify businesses that are creating the most attractive and compelling workplaces for their employees.

The 2021 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list honors companies supporting their people and communities in the U.S. during this historically challenging year. Great Place to Work ranked the Fortune Best Companies to Work For and Best Big Companies to Work For lists based on anonymous employee survey feedback and an assessment of each company’s programs and policies, specifically in response to the challenges of 2020. Survey respondents rated their workplace cultures on issues including how trustworthy, caring, and fair the company is in times of crises; employees’ physical, emotional, and financial health; and the company’s broader community impact. Companies need to employ at least 1,000 U.S. employees to be considered for the 100 Best Companies list, and at least 100,000 employees globally to be considered for the Best Big Companies to Work For list.
