Climate Ride
(3BL Media / theCSRfeed) February 6, 2012 - Fasten your helmets and get ready to cycle for climate change awareness!
Registration is now open for the 2012 Climate Rides. As with past years, cyclists will have a chance to participate in two events on two different coasts: one from New York City to Washington, DC and one through scenic northern California.
Over the course of five days, cyclists will ride 300 miles to show that positive change begins with one pedal at a time. Riding with like-minded, environmentally aware people, cyclists will work together to push their limits while promoting a worthy cause.
Climate Ride is a non-profit organization that organizes fully supported, charitable bike rides to support sustainable solutions, bike advocacy and environmental causes. Whether you donate or participate in the ride, you are raising awareness and helping the health of our planet!
Climate Counts is a collaborative effort to bring consumers and companies together in the fight against global climate change. Climate Counts is honored to be a beneficiary of both Climate Rides this year- Climate Ride NYC-DC (May 19-23) and Climate Ride California (September 9-13).
Here are 2 ways you can support Climate Counts:
1. Donate to the Climate Counts Team
2. Ride for the Climate Counts Team
Come support a sustainable future up and down America’s coasts. Are YOU up to the challenge?
